Shipping Information:
In general it takes two to three days to get it orders shipped. If you have special ordered something it could take up to 4 to 6 weeks. I ship UPS or USPS only. Always insured. I do not put on a shipment box that its from a jewelry store, because of obvious reasons. You also will be required to sign for the package. So when you order please keep this in mind as to what day you will be at home, emails will be sent and day of delivery will be estimated for you, or you can request that it be held for you at a UPS or FedEx office so that you can pick up, instead of wait.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you decide that you do not want the item after you have received it, please contact us ASAP, we request within 24 hours, so that we can arrange return shipment. We do require that you pay all postage,(to and from). When the item is examined and found to be unaltered, monies are then refunded to the credit card account. This process takes 24 hours, and a receipt will be sent to you via email.
